Pros: Small and easily stored.
Cons: High price.
"I've had the opportunity to utilize this little device on many occasions in my career. They are relatively durable and tend to stand up to the banging and jostling around in the back of the ambulance or back pack. I've compared the readings with other larger, "all-inclusive" monitoring devices, like the LP12, Philips Heartstart MRX, etc... and found the readings to be equally as accurate.
If you can afford it, they are a great little tool to have in the backcountry. I have 2 in my personal aid bags!"
