"This is the stethoscope I've used most, and I've never had a problem with it. The acoustic quality is great, it's comfortable, it's lightweight and doesn't take up much space, and mine has taken more abuse than I ever expected it to and still works great! Some of the other more expensive Littmanns do perform a little better and pick up a greater spectrum of sound, but I find this one to still be in the price range of equipment I wouldn't be devastated to lose or get damaged, which is another plus for hard use."
