"I really liked this book. It has allot of useful information if you are in a wilderness setting. I would get it if you are an outdoor person."

Disappointing

Pros: Well-written and good illustrations/tables
Cons: Missing vital information and choppy
"I initially really liked this book, but after reading it a couple of times it is missing a lot of critical information - like Dental Emergencies for example. It is also a bit choppy focused on medical diagnosis as opposed to empirical treatment regimens (pretty critical for a non-medical person). The writing quality is high, but with the general lack of content and flow from chapter to chapter, it's pretty average."
