Pros: The best litter wheel out there for sure.
Cons: Need a little practice prior to use
"I was initially skeptical when we started using this, it does not feel as stable right off the bat. However, with 5 minutes of practice and getting used to it, it beats the ATV tire style litter wheel by leaps and bounds. I really like the brake as well as the light footprint which makes the litter very maneuverable. Also, the attachment plate allows you to easily take the litter off, load the patient, and clip it back on with only 1 extra person. After that, two strong people can easily run a patient out with the added safety of the brake lets you move faster and safely downhill."
