Keeps trauma gear close at hand

Pros: LOTS of storage

"I was turned onto these by some of the Navy SAR guys that have been using these things for a while.
I was able to stuff a LOT of gear into this holster. I was able to stock mine with a basic airway kit, combitube, collapsible BVM, basic IV start kit, trauma dressings, basic cardiac stuff, BSI kit and more and I still have more room.
My only complaints would be that since the holster isn't curved to the shape of a leg, it fits a little wired. Second there is a compartment that runs laterally from side to side and the Velcro closures don't do a very good job of keeping the little pockets closed. I haven't lost anything out of the pockets yet though."
