Pros: good sized and good number of compartments for organizing
Cons: just a tad too small, but holds more than initially expected
"I bought this pack for ski patrol and use it as a day pack for carrying miscelaneous personal items as well as supplies for out of bounds search and rescue and avalanche response. I'm amazed at how much this little pack will actually hold and how quietly it rides during trail checks. My avie shovel fits easily in the large compartment with the handle secured to the side of the pack. The pack shows little wear and tear after its first season of use and I expect it to see many more winters and epic powder days."
