"A comprehensive first aid kit should include a barrier device like this one. It has a one way valve and available O2 port, and allows for good visualization of the airway. The one thing is, you really need to be properly trained (in a WFR or a WEMT) in how to achieve an effective mask seal before you can feel comfortable carrying this mask."
